Sales Development Representative

Job Description

• The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding the client base of the company.
• Acting as the frontline of the sales team, the SDR is responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, initiating contact with potential customers, and nurturing relationships to convert prospects into qualified opportunities.
• This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to generating opportunities.

Position Requirements:

Entry level (recent/soon-to-be graduate preferred):

• Recent graduate with 1 year of sales experience (BDR, SDR experience).
• Candidates with over 2 years of sales experience are unlikely to be a good fit.
• Candidates with over 2 years of experience not in sales are still considered.

Compensation:

$48,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Bonuses = $60,000-$70,000 first-year on-target earnings:

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify potential clients across various channels.
• Evaluate leads to ensure they match the company's target audience criteria.
• Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and other communication methods.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for interested prospects.
• Maintain ongoing communication to nurture relationships and address inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize strategies and approaches.
• Monitor key performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and sales techniques to enhance skills and knowledge .
