Job Description

  • The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding the client base of the company.
  • Acting as the frontline of the sales team, the SDR is responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, initiating contact with potential customers, and nurturing relationships to convert prospects into qualified opportunities.
  • This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to generating business opportunities.
  • Position Requirements:

    Entry level (recent/soon-to-be graduate preferred):

    • Recent graduate to 1 year of sales experience (BDR, SDR experience).
    • Candidates with over 2 years of sales experience are unlikely to be a good fit.
    • Candidates with over 2 years of experience not in sales are still considered.
    • Compensation:

      $48,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Bonuses = $60,000-$70,000 first-year on-target earnings:

        Responsibilities

          • Identify and research potential customers through various channels.
          • Reach out to prospects via cold calling, email campaigns, social media, etc.
          • Determine if prospects have a genuine need, budget, and authority to buy.
          • Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
          • Maintain relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups.
          • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
