Job Description

  • The Sales Development Representative plays a pivotal role in the sales process by assisting in generating new opportunities.
  • You will learn to identify and research lists of companies to target, and then develop campaigns utilizing email, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings to generate new opportunities.
  • Position Requirements:

    Entry level (recent/soon-to-be graduate preferred):

    • Recent graduate to 1 year of sales experience (BDR, SDR experience).
    • Candidates with over 2 years of sales experience are unlikely to be a good fit.
    • Candidates with over 2 years of experience not in sales are still considered.
    • Compensation:

      $48,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Bonuses = $60,000-$70,000 first-year on-target earnings:

        Responsibilities

          • Generate leads through various channels like cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
          • Qualify leads based on criteria such as budget, need, authority, and timeline.
          • Engage with leads through personalized communication to educate them about the company's products or services.
          • Build and maintain relationships with prospects, addressing concerns or objections.
          • Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and provide necessary background information.
          • Gather feedback about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
