- Seeking a Transportation Statewide Drainage Lead, to champion our Texas operations.

Responsibilities
- Lead project pursuits, fostering cross-company collaboration and leveraging cross-discipline expertise.
- Assist the Drainage BPL in crafting and executing a long-term statewide strategy for the practice setting the stage for national growth.
- Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client partnerships.
- Provide project management for select projects, upholding the highest quality and operation standards.
- Oversee and develop proposals, contract negotiations, client presentations, and resource planning for Transportation Drainage.
- PE License in Texas.
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
- 15+ Years of experience in Transportation Drainage projects including planning, design, and construction.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience managing project teams and personnel.
- Experience working with TxDOT, Texas counties, and RMAs.
- Preferred Qualifications - Both Texas and national experience.
