- You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads, initiating contact with potential clients, and nurturing relationships to drive revenue growth.

- Lead Generation Research and identify potential clients within target markets or industries.
- Utilize various tools and resources to generate leads, including but not limited to, cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events.
- Qualification Assess the potential of leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and fit with our products or services.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and prioritize them for further engagement.
- Outreach and Engagement Initiate contact with prospects through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services and tailor messages to address specific client needs and pain points.
- Relationship Building Build and maintain relationships with prospects through consistent communication and follow-up.
- Provide relevant information, resources, and support to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
- Collaboration Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize lead generation and conversion processes.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
- Performance Tracking Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, sales activities, and outcomes using CRM systems or other tracking tools.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess progress towards targets and identify areas for improvement.

$48K Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Bonuses = 60-70K First Year On Target Earnings:
