Job Description

  • As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a critical role in the growth and success of our company.
  • You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads, initiating contact with potential clients, and nurturing relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • This position requires a combination of sales skills, strategic thinking, and effective communication to successfully identify and engage with prospects.
  • Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred:

    • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service role.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
    • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs is a plus.
    • Compensation:

      $48K Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Bonuses = 60-70K First Year On Target Earnings:

        Responsibilities

          • Lead Generation Research and identify potential clients within target markets or industries.
          • Utilize various tools and resources to generate leads, including but not limited to, cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events.
          • Qualification Assess the potential of leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and fit with our products or services.
          • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and prioritize them for further engagement.
          • Outreach and Engagement Initiate contact with prospects through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
          • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services and tailor messages to address specific client needs and pain points.
          • Relationship Building Build and maintain relationships with prospects through consistent communication and follow-up.
          • Provide relevant information, resources, and support to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
          • Collaboration Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize lead generation and conversion processes.
          • Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
          • Performance Tracking Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, sales activities, and outcomes using CRM systems or other tracking tools.
          • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess progress towards targets and identify areas for improvement.
