  • The role of Business Development Representative (BDR) is pivotal in our company's growth trajectory.
  • As a BDR, you will spearhead the generation of new business opportunities, identifying and qualifying leads while fostering relationships to drive revenue expansion.
  • This position demands adept sales skills, strategic acumen, and proficient communication to effectively engage with potential clients.
  • Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred:

    • Proven track record in sales, business development, or customer service roles.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools.
    • Goal-oriented mindset with a history of achieving or surpassing targets.
    • Adaptability to dynamic work environments.
    • Knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights preferred.
    • Compensation:

      $48K Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Bonuses = 60-70K First Year On Target Earnings:

        Responsibilities

          • Lead Generation Conduct comprehensive research to pinpoint potential clients within designated markets.
          • Employ diverse tools including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events to generate leads.
          • Qualification Evaluate leads based on predetermined criteria, gauging their compatibility with our offerings by understanding their needs and challenges.
          • Outreach and Engagement Initiate contact with prospects via various communication channels, articulating our value proposition tailored to address specific client pain points.
          • Relationship Building Cultivate and sustain relationships with prospects through consistent communication and resourceful support.
          • Collaboration Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to synchronize strategies, exchange insights, and refine lead generation processes.
          • Performance Tracking Maintain meticulous records of lead interactions and sales activities, leveraging CRM systems to monitor key performance metrics.
