Job Description

  • As A Sales Development Representative (SDR), You Will Play A Critical Role In The Growth And Success Of Our Company.
  • You Will Be Responsible For Generating New Sales Opportunities By Identifying And Qualifying Leads, Initiating Contact With Potential Clients, And Nurturing Relationships To Drive Revenue Growth.
  • This Position Requires A Combination Of Sales Skills, Strategic Thinking, And Effective Communication To Successfully Identify And Engage With Prospects.
  • Requirements:

    Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field Preferred:

    • Proven Experience In Sales, Business Development, Or Customer Service Role.
    • Strong Communication, Negotiation, And Interpersonal Skills.
    • Ability To Effectively Manage Time, Prioritize Tasks, And Work Independently.
    • Familiarity With CRM Software And Lead Management Tools.
    • Goal-Oriented Mindset With A Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Targets.
    • Adaptability To A Dynamic And Fast-Paced Environment.
    • Knowledge Of Industry Trends, Competitive Landscape, And Customer Needs Is A Plus.
    • Compensation:

      $48K Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Bonuses = 60-70K first year on target earnings:

        Responsibilities

          • Lead Generation Research And Identify Potential Clients Within Target Markets Or Industries.
          • Utilize Various Tools And Resources To Generate Leads, Including But Not Limited To, Cold Calling, Email Campaigns, Social Media Outreach, And Networking Events.
          • Qualification Assess The Potential Of Leads By Understanding Their Needs, Challenges, And Fit With Our Products Or Services.
          • Qualify Leads Based On Predefined Criteria And Prioritize Them For Further Engagement.
          • Outreach And Engagement Initiate Contact With Prospects Through Phone Calls, Emails, And Other Communication Channels.
          • Effectively Communicate The Value Proposition Of Our Products Or Services And Tailor Messages To Address Specific Client Needs And Pain Points.
          • Relationship Building Build And Maintain Relationships With Prospects Through Consistent Communication And Follow-Up.
          • Provide Relevant Information, Resources, And Support To Nurture Leads Through The Sales Pipeline.
          • Collaboration Work Closely With Sales, Marketing, And Product Teams To Align Strategies, Share Insights, And Optimize Lead Generation And Conversion Processes.
          • Provide Feedback On Market Trends, Customer Preferences, And Competitor Activities To Inform Business Decisions.
          • Performance Tracking Maintain Accurate Records Of Lead Interactions, Sales Activities, And Outcomes Using CRM Systems Or Other Tracking Tools.
          • Monitor And Analyze Key Performance Metrics To Assess Progress Towards Targets And Identify Areas For Improvement.
