Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive to join our team and spearhead the sales efforts for our restaurant Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • As an AE, you will be responsible for driving sales, fostering relationships with restaurants, and demonstrating the value of our POS solutions tailored to their unique needs.

    Responsibilities

      • Identify and engage with prospective restaurants to understand their operational needs and challenges.
      • Generate list of prospective restaurants and manage the entire sales cycle from initial call to close.
      • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within a designated territory.
      • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, functionalities, and benefits of our POS system.
      • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional support and addressing client inquiries.
      • Work closely with onboarding and support teams to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met.
      • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and technological advancements in the restaurant POS landscape.
      • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
      • Qualifications:

        • Proven track record in sales (2+ years), preferably in selling software or technology solutions to the restaurant industry.
        • Strong understanding of restaurant operations.
        • Experience cold calling into various types of local businesses.
        • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
        • Ability to work autonomously and manage a sales pipeline efficiently.
        • Self-motivated, creative, and flexible.
        • A customer-centric approach with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
        • Must have reliable transportation (will reimburse for mileage).
        • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
